Terms of Service

These terms are between you and NeuroSpire Labs, Inc. By creating an account or using NORM Coach, you agree to them. If you are accepting on behalf of a practice or company, you confirm you have the authority to do so.

NORM Coach is software. We provide the tools: your site, booking, assessments, protocols, messaging, payments, and records.

We do not provide coaching, counseling, therapy, or medical care, and we are not a party to your relationship with your clients. You are responsible for the service you deliver, for practicing within your license and scope, for your own professional insurance, and for meeting the rules of whatever board or jurisdiction governs you.

Keep your credentials secure and your account information accurate. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been compromised. You must be 18 or older.

Your client relationships, your content, and your client records are yours. We claim no ownership of them, and we hold them on your behalf. You grant us only the permission needed to host, process, and display them so the platform works.

You are responsible for obtaining the consents your practice requires — including informed consent and any authorization needed to create and store clinical documentation — and for the accuracy of what you record.

If you leave, you may take your data with you. Ask and we will provide it.

The NRSI and the other instruments on the platform are structured tools for organizing clinical and coaching judgment. They are not diagnostic instruments, and they are not clinically validated — there is no norming sample and the score bands are provisional. Do not present them to clients as a diagnosis, and do not substitute them for your own assessment.

Do not use NORM Coach to break the law, infringe someone else's rights, send unsolicited bulk messages, probe or disrupt the service, or misrepresent your credentials. Do not use it to practice outside your license or scope. We may suspend an account that does.

Your plan is a flat monthly price. Plans renew monthly until cancelled, fees are charged in advance, and taxes may apply. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the current period.

What you sell is yours. Payments from your clients run through your own Stripe account. You are the merchant of record, you pay Stripe's processing fees, and you own refunds and chargebacks. We do not take a percentage of your revenue as part of your plan.

Two exceptions, stated plainly: our optional ROI Builder growth engine carries a success fee, and only while you have it switched on; and a licensed clinician is never charged a percentage of collections under any circumstance, because percentage-of-collections fee splitting is restricted by many state boards.

The platform, its software, and the instruments and protocols we supply remain ours. Your plan grants you a licence to use them while your subscription is active; it does not transfer ownership, and it does not permit resale or redistribution outside the platform.

The service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms, or where we are required to. If we end your account without cause, we will refund the unused portion of your current period and give you a reasonable window to export your data.

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will notify you by email or in-app message before it takes effect. Continued use after that means you accept the updated terms.
